If you live in or around San Antonio, you can save on shipping by picking up your item in person for free.
Select 'Local Pickup' as the shipping method during checkout.
We do not have a retail store so contact us to arrange a time and location we can meet.

Shipping Methods

Items marked as 'free shipping' are sent via USPS First Class Mail.
Cabinets and pachinko machines are sent via Federal Express.
All other products are sent via USPS Priority Mail. Postage is calculated based on the weight of all items you purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time

Business shipping days are Monday through Friday. We take orders to the post office within 2 business days after your payment has processed.
Per the USPS website, it normally takes 2 to 3 business days to deliver Priority Mail and 7 to 10 business days to deliver First Class Mail.
There is no tracking number with Priority Mail however, you may receive a delivery confirmation number. This number will provide no information until after the package has been delivered to you.
Per the FedEx website, it normally takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver a pachinko machine or cabinet. A tracking number is provided.

USPS Priority Mail orders do not have a tracking number and may take 10 to 30 days or more to be delivered depending on how long it takes the customs department to process the package and your postal service to deliver the package.
Federal Express orders will have a tracking number delivery time varies based on your country.
You will be responsible for any customs fees or import duties when you receive your package if applicable in your country.
