The following items are optional:

The Plexiglas/Plastic in the door can be replaced for $20.
Lights can be wired to a 9 volt battery for $20 or to a power supply to plug into the wall for $35.
Balls and a catch tray/bucket with lid can be included for $30.
The outside frame can be painted dark brown for $10.
Boards can be attached to the bottom of the machine for support for $10 and this is recommended unless you are planning on building/purchasing a pachinko cabinet for the wall, table or floor.

Cost for Restoration Service

We will charge $300 for labor, plus parts which depend on the optional items above. If other parts of your machine are missing or broken, you will need to pay for those as well. You will need to pay to have the machine shipped both ways and the actual packaging charges and insurance. Or you can drop the machine off to avoid shipping. You may pay with a personal check, money order or PayPal. You don't have to pay until we complete your machine and are ready to send it back.

If Your Machine Has Broken or Missing Parts

If we have a replacement part we will let you know how much it will cost, generally $25 or $50. If we don't have a replacement part we will try and locate a replacement or manufacture a substitute if we can. If we don't have the parts it could take some time to locate replacements.

How to Ship Your Pachinko Machine

Before you send your machine, please send us photographs as detailed as possible of the front and back. This way we can review the pictures to see if there are any areas of concern before you pay to ship it. Please be aware that even if you send us a pictures and everything looks fine, there could be missing or broken parts that can't be discovered until we start taking apart the machine. Please don't ship the machine with real glass, we can tell you how to remove it.

You can ship with Federal Express Home Delivery which might be the cheapest. UPS or USPS ship boxes this size as well. If you have a business account you might even get a discount. Our address below is a UPS Store that can accept packages anytime. If your shipping company is going to give you a better rate to ship to our home address, please contact us and we will provide that to you.

Kinko's, UPS Store or other shipping store can pack it for you. If you package it yourself here are some tips.

Most companies will charge you based on the weight. For very large packages there is an extra charge. To avoid this extra charge, your box should be under 130 inches girth. Girth is measured by length (longest side) plus both widths, plus both heights.  So the girth of a 36" x 12" x 24" box would be 36+12+12+24+24 or 108 inches. We haven't found anyone that sells boxes this size so we either have bigger boxes cut to size (for a fee) or I have been able to use flat screen TV boxes and some bicycle boxes.

Please make sure the box is sturdy and there is plenty of cushion, especially around the plastic tray on the front and the plastic tray on the back. There should be no empty space in your box because this will allow the machine to move around in shipment. Completely fill it with peanuts, bubble wrap or sturdy packaging paper. You can also use smaller boxes to fill up larger spaces in the big box.

Mark your box "This Side Up" on all four sides so that the machine is standing upright. If you don't they may ship it lying down and stack other boxes on top of your machine. The weight of the other boxes can break your play tray and feeder trays even without damaging your box. You box may flex inward with the weight and crush your machine and then flex back to normal when they remove the weight. Most, if not all, shipping companies will not cover damage unless the box has been damaged.

How Long it Takes to Restore a Pachinko Machine

It takes about 40 hours but that is spread over a couple of weeks. It also depends on how many customers have already sent us machines. When we receive your machine, we will evaluate it for any problems, and send you an estimate of how much it will cost and when we will have your machine ready.

PLEASE NOTE: Currently we have a few dozen machines to restore and won't be able to start any new orders until September 2008.

If you have other questions, please contact us.
