Pachinko Machine Repair Service
In most cases we recommend our pachinko machine Restoration Service where we completely take apart your machine and rebuild it. However we also will repair your machine for an hourly fee.

Cost for Repair Service
The base charge for diagnosing your machine is $30.
The hourly rate for working on your machine is $40 per hour.
If any parts are required to repair your machine we will notify you of the cost.
You will also need to pay to have the machine shipped to us and a flat rate of $75 to have it packaged, insured and shipped back to you. Or you can drop the machine off to avoid shipping.
Payment is not required until we complete your machine and send you an invoice. Payment is required within 60 days of invoice otherwise your machine will be considered abandoned and we may sell it to recoup our costs.
Optional Items:
- The Plexiglas/Plastic in the door can be replaced for $20.
- Lights can be wired to a 9 volt battery for $20 or to a 110 volt transformer for $35.
- 500 Pachinko balls and a tray/bucket with lid can be included for $30.
- The outside frame can be painted dark brown for $10. (see comparison picture below)
How to Ship Your Pachinko Machine
Please don't ship the machine with real glass. We have some pictures on how to open the playfield door to remove the glass.
Make sure there is plenty of packing material, (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc.) to fill all the space in the box to prevent movement and possible damage. We also screw a couple boards to the top and bottom of the machine so it is centered in the box and prevents movement.
Mark your box, "This Side Up" on all sides with the machine standing up. Otherwise if it is laying down, other boxes can be stacked on top and can crush the front and back trays, even without damaging the box.
We use boxes that are 12x24x36. You may be able to use a flat screen TV box. Shipping is usually calculated based on weight AND box size so keep your size close to the above dimensions to minimize your cost.
We use Federal Express Ground but you can ship to us with any service. If you have a place such as the UPS Store package or ship it for you, the rates may be higher.

How Long it Takes to Repair a Pachinko Machine
